Dracula’s Legacy began with a journey. The journey of an immigrant family from Romania. The Neamtu family left Romania carrying more than memories—they carried the spirit of their homeland. A land of towering castles, mist-covered mountains, ancient vineyards, and mysterious legends. Like many immigrant families, they arrived in America with a vision: to build something lasting while sharing the culture that shaped them. Among Romanian legends stands one of the most famous figures in history: Vlad the Impaler.

 Stories of his rule spread across continents and generations. Over time, those stories transformed into myth, inspiring the mysterious and unforgettable figure known around the world as Count Dracula. But behind every legend lies a deeper truth. Dracula’s Legacy was created to share that story. Yet the legacy in Dracula’s Legacy is not only about the past. It is about the legacy of Romanian tradition and the legacy of a family. A family bold enough to carry its culture across an ocean and share it with a new home.

When the Neamtu family opened their wine bar and bistro, they envisioned more than a place to dine. They created an experience—one where history, culture, and atmosphere come together.
